Refund Policy

At Delivery Champs, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide transparent refund guidelines in alignment within industry.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:

  • Order cancelled before preparation
  • Payment charged but order not placed
  • Restaurant closed or unable to fulfill the order

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Delays caused by traffic or weather
  • Dissatisfaction with taste or portion (subjective)
  • Customer not reachable or absent at delivery location

3. Refund Process

If eligible, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving the order through:

Once validated, refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days. In cases of cash-on-delivery, compensation may be issued as DeliveryChamps credit or one discount voucher.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement. After this, the restaurant may have begun preparation, and refunds may not be possible.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you're unsatisfied with the resolution, your case can be escalated to our quality assurance team for final review.
