We understand that there may be instances where you may need to seek a refund for an online payment. This refund policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which refunds can be requested and processed.

 

1. Eligibility for Refund:

 

Refunds are applicable only for online payments made through our official website, mobile applications or authorized payment gateways.

To be eligible for a refund, the customer must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or transaction ID.

2. Refund Request Process:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date when order was placed.

Please provide detailed information about the reason for the refund request to expedite the process.

3. Grounds for Refund:

Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

Customer canceled the order before it was accepted and sent for preparation. After the order preparation is started by the restaurant, it is on the restaurant end to approve or disapprove the order cancellation.

If order was delivered later than the delivery time mentioned on the mobile App / website.

If some items of the orders were missing, eaten or the order is spoiled. Please check your order when you receive it, if there is any issue then return the order to the Delivery rider. After you accepted / ate the order, it won’t be refunded.

4. Refund Processing Time:

Once a refund request is approved, the processing time may vary depending on the payment method. Typically, refunds are processed within 5 business days.

 

 

5. Method of Refund:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not possible then cash method will be used as an alternative.

 

6. Refund Denial:

Delivery Champs reserves the right to deny a refund if the request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

 

7. Policy Changes:

Delivery Champs reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through our website or other communication channels.
